Delivery Policy

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 1–2 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within this timeframe unless otherwise communicated.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Cairo, Giza, & Alexandria: 1–3 business days

• Other Governorates: 3–5 business days

Our courier will contact you via phone before attempting delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be scheduled. Please ensure your contact information and address are accurate to avoid delays.

If a delivery attempt fails 3 times due to incorrect information, unavailability, or not picking up, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply.
